Our Process


Step 1: Proofs & Artwork

Send us your design files in VECTOR (.ai, or .eps) format - Adobe Illustrator is best. Our team will mock up your design and send it to you via our workflow management system; Printavo. We never proceed with an order until all aspects are agreed upon and approved. Approving an order means you are approving your design work, as well as the garment style, color, sizes and placement and pricing.

*JPGs, GIFs, and other low resolution web-based files are not suitable for printing. We are happy to help transfer your artwork in to print ready files at an additional cost.


Step 2: Production

Our team orders your blank garments; and we check everything into our facility when they arrive, making sure sizing, and style are correct. Once design work is approved for production we set up your job and screen print, embroider, or apply heat applied graphics to your garments and merch. This usually takes 5-15 business days. If you need your job in less time, we do offer Rush Services, just let us know.


Step 3: Shipping & Pickup

Once we finish and check the order for accuracy and quality, we’ll box everything up and give you a shout. Feel free to come by the shop and pick up your order, or work with us to get your order shipped. We ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping is not included with your quote price.
