Our Process
Step 1: You Need Merch!
Friendly and reliable customer service is at the forefront of our values. We will take your calls or emails with respect and transparency, with the goal of providing the best service in town. Our goal is to make the process easy and fun so you can spend more time doing what you do best!
Step 2: Quote & Proofs
Once we receive your design files and creative assets we’ll also need to select goods to print or embroider on. Once we have, Quantity, Sizes, Colors, Print Locations, and Design files/colors, we’ll send you a quote with pricing, and to-scale digital renderings to approve.
*.AI .EPS. or High Resolution Photoshop or PNG files work best.
Step 3: Quote Approval & Procurement
We never start with production until all aspects are agreed upon and approved. Approving an order means you are approving your design work, as well as the garment style, color, sizes and placement and pricing. Upon Approval we’ll begin procurement of goods from brands like The North Face, Comfort Colors, Nike and more!

Step 4: Pre-Production
After we procure the goods, we finalize your art and branding for your print job. When the items arrive at our facility; we check everything in making sure sizing, and style are correct. Then we’re ready to roll!
Step 5: Production
Once design work is approved for production we set up your job and screen print, embroider, or otherwise decorate your garments and merch. You’ll receive emails when your order enters production.
Step 6: Quality Check
Once production is complete, we make sure all the pieces of the order meets our premium standard of production. Then, all your merch is packed up and awaits the next step!
Step 7: Shipping/Pickup
Once we finish and check the order for accuracy and quality, we’ll box everything up and give you a shout. Feel free to come by the shop and pick up your order, or work with us to get your order shipped. We ship globally with any major carriers or trucking companies
